Shopify and Vercel are rebuilding Hydrogen for faster storefronts

Shopify announces a partnership with Vercel to rebuild its Hydrogen framework for headless commerce from the ground up. The new version is open source and runtime-agnostic, supporting Next.js, Nuxt, Svelte, and other frameworks, with built-in type-safe API clients and unified cart state management. This is for frontend developers building high-performance e-commerce storefronts who want to avoid custom glue code and ship with best practices out of the box.
