Maintainer Month Special: Introducing Project Pods

Why watch

GitHub announces Project Pods, a new initiative connecting open source maintainers with skilled volunteer teams to tackle high-impact work like feature development and infrastructure migration. The program addresses the common bottleneck where maintainers are stretched thin and lack resources to execute major projects. This announcement is for open source maintainers seeking volunteer assistance and developers interested in contributing to mission-driven open source projects.
