Doctype - Episode 51 - Tumblr Themes & jQuery Mobile

Why watch

An introductory episode covering Tumblr theme development and jQuery Mobile basics from 2011. Nick demonstrates Tumblr's templating engine while Jim walks through fundamental jQuery Mobile components. This content is highly dated—jQuery Mobile is now obsolete and Tumblr theming has significantly evolved—but provides historical context for understanding early mobile web development approaches.
