Project Lobster: Building an AI Assistant with Agency and Memory

Microsoft announces the general availability of Microsoft Scout, an experimental always-on AI assistant for enterprise workflows, through their Frontier program. The AI agent autonomously coordinates work, surfaces risks early, and keeps projects moving without constant user prompting. Enterprise customers with GitHub Copilot licenses can access this experimental release after enrolling in Frontier and configuring Intune policies.
