The New Way to Work With AI

Why watch

Matt Maher demonstrates a new workflow for working with AI agents where you delegate complex, multi-step objectives rather than individual tasks. The video shows asking an AI to build a meeting tool from a work list, generating multiple creative directions for a design project, and running parallel jobs (build, check, draft) simultaneously. It emphasizes keeping an AI as a coordinating partner throughout work, steering direction and reviewing outputs iteratively. While the video uses general AI agent concepts rather than specific platforms, it illustrates emerging patterns for agentic AI workflows.
