this conference badge is nuts!

Why watch

Wes Bos demonstrates hacking and customizing the GitHub Universe 2025 conference badge, which is based on the Pimoroni Tufty 2040 (Raspberry Pi Pico-powered display). He writes custom code to modify the badge's behavior, showing how to deploy custom firmware onto the RP2040 microcontroller and program the TFT display. Ideal for developers interested in hardware hacking, embedded systems, or conference badge modification.
